James began writing for YFS at the beginning of the 2013/14 season. He has played at youth, schools and amateur level and has been attending matches as a fan for almost 20 years. Whilst he has no formal training as a writer he has written blogs for several years, on football and a variety of other subjects, and currently runs his own website. James is based in Denny and is a Rangers fan.
