Scottish FA Youth Cup 2017/18 - Round 3 draw

The draw has been made for the third round of the Scottish FA Youth Cup - presenting a number of intriguing ties.
 
Holders Celtic visit Alloa. Three non league sides have been matched with top tier opposition - Edusport Academy take on Aberdeen, Burntisland Shipyard visit Motherwell and Fraserburgh head to Ross County. The remaining Highland and Lowland League sides all take on SPFL Development League East and West sides, meaning there is no guaranteed non-league representation in round four, but eight opportunities for upsets. In their first season not participating in the SPFL Development League, Rangers will be up against local rivals Partick Thistle.
 
Ties will be played by October 29th. The full draw is as follows:
