Eastvale won their first league game of the season as a hat-trick from Sean Macbride and a goal from Andrew Cappleman consigned Kinross to defeat.
It was an even opening between two sides searching for their first league victory of the league campaign and it was the hosts that had the opening opportunity. A long ball over the top produced a fine stop from Lewis Caulfield in the visiting goal.
Kinross had an attempt themselves minutes later but Liam Murray's free kick was plucked out the air by Connor Wilson.
Two minutes later, Eastvale took the lead. Macbride was played through and he lifted the ball over the onrushing keeper.
The visitors woke up after this and a Sean Cowe header went just wide from an Allen Saunders cross on 17 minutes before good build up play in the middle of the park set up Murray, but he dragged the shot wide.
These missed chances for Kinross were punished on 31 minutes when Macbride was played through and he made no mistake in volleying the ball past the keeper to double the lead.
Macbride searched for his hat-trick and Eastvale’s third, and was so close to getting it on the 35th minute, but Caulfield got across the goal to deny him.
