Riley Nelsons second half hat-trick helped Fairmuir Boys 2004 to an impressive 6-0 victory over ACSC at Hercules Den, Arbroath.

The result moved the victors to 12 points and fifth place in the U14s D S Rennie League. Their  opponents would remain in 9th place with 6 points from 8 matches.

This was the first meeting of the sides this season and Fairmuir were looking to build on a hard fought 0-0 draw with second placed Kirrie the previous week.

Having been shut out in their last outing Fairmuir started brightly and Jordan Adam's goal sandwhiched between a strikes by Thomas Gibb moved the away side to a 3-0 lead at the break.
