Some really good points being made and I think everyone agrees that changes need to be made. Just wanted to point out that in the North Region 17s, Buchan Quines with an average age of 14, would have finished second had it not been for an administrative error. Where one team forfeits the game they lose the points, not be awarded a nil nil draw. Other than that one error it's a good piece.
