A winner from Logan Macaulay Mill was enough for Deveronvale Under 14s to grab an important win against an improved Dyce side, the result meant Vale go level on points with Dyce, it's good preparation for the Banff side heading into Saturdays Scottish Cup match away to Palace Park in Glasgow.
The result is a set back for Dyce who had a depleted squad however the Aberdeen side have enjoyed some fantastic results so far this season drawing with East End Lewis and beating Cove Youth.
Dyce took the lead with the game only two minutes old, Max Cheung got clear of the Deveronvale right back before going through on goal, his effort hit the post before Callum Taylor unfortunately knocked the ball into his own net, a good start from Dyce but there was still 68 minutes of football to play and anything could have happened.
Vale equalised on 10 minutes, a good ball down the channel was met by Lucas Sey and the striker guided a fine effort into the bottom left hand corner past Grant Moroney to guide the hosts level.
The hosts took the lead just two minutes later, Vale were playing some fantastic football and a Callum Taylor pass found Jake West who had an audacious effort into the bottom left hand corner past a stranded Moroney.
Dyce equalised three minutes before the interval, a corner kick from the right hand side wasn't cleared by the Vale backline and Dylan Boyce guided home a fine header past Curtis West.
