A great run from Lewis Hutchison on 5 minutes lead to the opener for Albion when he set up Ross Christie who pulled the ball back on to his left foot and despatched a superbly placed shot to the right of the keeper.

Albion were having the majority of the game and doubled their lead on 16 minutes when Christie again was the scorer, this time showing great positional sense following a shot from the impressive Hutchison that keeper Strachan could only parry.

Albion had a strong claim for a penalty just on half time when Christie was strongly challenged in the box, but the third goal was only delayed as Wood found Albion captain Kyle Smith in the box and he coolly lobbed the helpless Lewis 'keeper.
Half Time: Albion 3-0 Lewis United

Lewis came out in the second half and had a real go at their opponents forcing two quick corners. A great save from Otto in the Albion goal led to a break up the right and Smith was again on target for his second and Albion's fourth.

Lewis then pulled one back from the penalty spot on 49 minutes when Aaron Leslie despatched a great shot to Otto's right after Johnstone had taken
down the a Lewis striker.

Then a great move by Albion restored their four goal advantage on 59 minutes as Smith set up Fraser Bryce who coolly beat Strachan one on one to
the keepers left.

As the game came to a close Gregory Barclay missed a great chance but soon made amends dispatching a shot in to the Albion net after a mix up in the
home defence.

Albion ran out comfortable 5-2 winners and can look forward to a semi-final date with either Culter Colts or Colony Park.
