The Broxburn team bus with players, coaches and family headed north to Aberdeen, to face East End Boys Club in the fourth round of this years Scottish Cup.
Broxburn's first chance came five minutes in, when Nimmo made space from about twenty yards out, but his shot was to central and the keeper gathered comfortably.
But, Broxburn were to go ahead a minute later, Turner swung a free kick into the box that East End failed to clear and Lochrie gathered the loose ball to blast through a ruck of players and into the back of the net from eight yards out.
Nimmo went close for Brox again after eight minutes, a lovely turn was matched with a great shot, which the East End keeper saved well.
Snedden was next to try his luck, but his shot from distance narrowly missed the up right and the score line stayed the same.
Seventeen minutes in and Broxburn were continuing to dominate, Gray had a chance which whistled past the post.
Attack after attack came from Broxburn and inside the twenty third minute Butt fired the ball across the face of the East End goal, but unfortunately it was just out of the reach of the sliding Turner.
On thirty two minutes, Broxburn looked like they had scored another, Nimmo unleashed a superb shot, which was going straight to the top corner, however the East End keeper somehow clawed the ball away to keep it out of the net, an excellent save.
Nimmo then found himself bearing down on the home sides goal after out pacing the defence, but he hit the side netting with his effort.
Finally for Broxburn the second goal did come, Nimmo crossed the ball for Turner, who found the back of the net from ten yards.
Lochrie almost made it 3-0 to Broxburn just before half time as his acrobatic effort went narrowly past the post.
