The Team
The Team
The YFS Journalism & Media Team, in association with Umbro, was launched alongside Youth Football Scotland in 2010. A group of volunteers have been assembled who seek practical work experience and portfolio building in the reporting, photography, video and radio sectors. Whilst gaining this, the team provide coverage to grassroots football, allowing young players to receive the same level of coverage as their professional role models. This in turn helps boost the confidence of those who are featured and increases the appeal of those who aren't currently playing to get involved with the sport.
