Ex Musselburgh Windsor Forward Earns First Team Call Up With English Side West Ham

Josh Landers came through Hibernian’s academy after joining them aged 10 from his previous side Musselburgh Windsor.

Landers then made the move to West Ham last year, at 17 years old following a successful trial period.

During the London based sides recent clash against Burnley, Landers got the call up for the first team squad.

When speaking to the club he said: “I mean, that’s what you dream of as a little kid, isn’t it? Being in the first-team squad alongside names such as Jarrod Bowen.”

The Portobello HS graduate has always been ahead of his years, featuring for Hibs’ U18s at just 14 years old.

He now returns back to Scotland on loan with Ayr United until the end of the 26/27 season.
